OCS has strengthened its contract with call centre solutions company beCogent by adding security services including manned guarding, out of hours alarm response and check call monitoring to its existing cleaning contract.
Operating within 5 locations across the UK, beCogent has expertise in contact centre solutions and has recently been awarded both Employer of the Year and Business of the Year at the Orange National Business Awards for Scotland.
The company has been a customer of OCS for 4 years. OCS will provide on site support, training and a management team to supervise the contract. OCS will also be providing an out of hours missed check call service with the in-house security team being monitored by the company’s dedicated NSC (National Support Centre).
